Every new team member participates in a structured 90-day onboarding program that provides dedicated training, hands-on guidance, and the support needed to build confidence and succeed in their role. No two days are exactly the same. Our team spends two days each week in the office collaborating with colleagues, sharing ideas, and developing solutions for clients. The other three days are spent in the field, meeting with clients and prospective clients, building relationships, and helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their financial future. Every day offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
